To control pet odor, we employ a water based neutralizer which is a multidimensional odor neutralizer with the chemistry to dissolve, absorb, encapsulate, and neutralize odors.
We use a maximum performance biochemical which is a formulation of cleaning agents, bacterial cultures, enzymes, and odor modifiers which break down the molecular structures of odor causing substances and stains. It removes most odors and stains caused by urine leaving a fresh clean fragrance which lingers for days. After dwell time we employ hot water extraction cleaning to avoid residual product from attracting soil.
